Blizzard Diablo Ii 2 Diablo 2. Excellent Computer game by Blizzard. Anyone know if there is an update for Vista?
Diablo II, excellent computer game by Blizzard. Anyone know where there is an update or something that will let it work on Windows Vista? I tried using the compitality mode on Vita and dropped it down as far as Windows ME, but the game froze up everytime I tried to run it.
i don't know anything about vista, but i know bnet's help pages are pretty good:

just click the d2 icon, and the next page has vista info on it (bottom of the middle list)

i originally bought both Diablo 2 and the expansion pack, but during a move i lost some of the stuff, like the cd key for diablo2 and the disk for LoD. i had all the disks to Diablo2 but i used a keygen >.< it worked to :p straight after i downloaded Diablo II LoD off the Blizzard website using my old CD Key, and it says that the cd key for LoD is fully compatible with Battle.Net but when i try play it says:
Unable To Connect
if using a modem, you may need yo connect to your internet service or something..??? any ideas on how to fix it? please help guys! !
ugh not working i allowed it through my firewall, and i doubt my antivirus is blocking it, my antivirus cant block anything lol any way to get around this?

Firstly check whether your firewall or your antivirus, they might be blocking the connection if they are then allow it. This problem persisted not on many occasions, usually when it said cannot connect it means that there is something wrong with the CD Key, basically they think you got a pirate version.
