In Diablo 2, what does Attack Rating do?
The Attack rating, gives u the chances to attack that monster. Or atleast i think thats how you use it. Like say u hit a zombie. Scroll over the Attack Rating, and see it'll say (??)% Chance of Hitting
Thats how i use it. I think the more Dex you have the more chances you'll hit it.
