How do I use a Diablo 2 CD key?
Hello. I recently bought the diablo battle chest, but i cant find the cd key, and its the first game i've bought that actually has one, so if anyone can help me I'd appreciate it.

It should be a sticker on one of the cases/sleeves that the discs came in. Long list of letters and numbers.

Heh, don't trust that sort of thing.
Is it possible to buy a CD key online? Sure. But you may end up with a fake key that doesn't work, or a real key that only works some of the time (because if two people have the same key they can't both be online at once). Someone could sell you their key because they "don't play the game anymore" and then change their mind and start playing it again.
Diablo 2 is pretty old, you could probably find a copy somewhere for only $10-15 anyway.

I'm assuming you followed the prompts on screen while installing, and entered the key code. That failing, go to blizzard.com and get tech help.
Probably to collectors only. You can try ebay, Craigslist or any auction or collector's site to see if there's any interest out there for them.
