What are some good methods to making a Diablo 2 character using Hero Editor?
I have Hero Editor but i don't really know much about making characters.
find a stable mana pool if you plan on making a hacked dueler. i would suggest 1578564 for mana with a lvl 99 mana shield and a level 31 telekinesis. have lots of mana regain. there is a limit to how much so use 255% regain 114 times. have lots of life and prayer aura when equipped. i'd suggest life around 4 million. absorbs and resists have a limit. absorbs limit is 45,072 and resistances have up to 120,000. the game will show them capped at 75 or 95% but they can go past that. I would suggest adding smite as an attack to your character since the mana and mana shield idea is for sorceresses only. if you set it up correctly, you will survive about 2/3rds of the people out there that like to overhack.

are there any jamella editors for diablo 2 that still work??
Yes, but I'd venture to say that "Hero Editor" is better.

Diablo 2 is one of the greatest action RPG's ever made.
You do not have to pay monthly fees to play, since it is not an exclusively online game. It has multiplayer capability, but it's not an MMORPG.
Diablo 2's graphics aren't that great by today's standards–the game was made back around the year 2000. The graphics were good back then (especially the fire graphics), but if you're used to the high-end grahpics of today's games, you will not be impressed.
I think the installation was around 1.2GB–the game comes on multiple discs.
