do you build a pure bred character in diablo 2? (all skill points to one skill tree. ignore the others trees)

No, there is no way to make a good character using just one skill tree. You have to focus on one skill from one skill tree and make that extremely strong. Like for a Fire Sorc you would focus on Fire Blast. So you would put all your skill points into all the skills that made it stronger. You would also put the Skill points required for Teleport, Energy Shield, and the second cold shield. E-mail me if you want more specifics on a different type of character. I'm pro at sorceress' for the most part. I can do Druids and Assasin's too though. I can build pretty much all the characters except Amazon's and Paladin's.
