Diablo 2 V1.13
I have 500 MF in diablo 2 v1.13 and i'm not finding good items, why?
not much more detail needed.
Where are you doing your runs? Nightmare Meph gives pretty good items. If you want the rarest items, you'll have to kill Pindleskin. Kill Baal sometimes gives something thing. For high level runes, kill the Council (sub-bosses in front of the entrance of Meph's Lair).
How good is your killing power? If you can mow down enemies in seconds, then keep doing runs. Eventually you'll get something good. If you're having a hard time killing, then lower your MF and try to increase your attack.
Good items are hard to come by. You might get into a streak where you get a bunch of good stuff, and then you'll get into another streak where you get nothing.
