I am looking for a game like this but maby a little darker but i don't want any subscription fees.

I want a game that i just buy from a store, and from there on everyone is =. no cash shop or special memberships or anything.

Any kind of good hack and slash games will do. and no i am not interested in WoW, because u spend a ton of money so u can play...even if you are not playing.

I have heard of Diablo 2 and 3 coming out...is this any good? anything better?
i am open to games u can buy in a store.
