Why are people getting banned on Diablo 2?
I've just recently came back into Diablo 2 Battlenet after . . . almost two years or so of playing, and when I got back, everyone is saying that they got banned, and that everyone's starting over because they were banned.
I'm just wondering why everyone's getting banned. Was there a world wide cheating going on or something?
yes a lot of people use maphack and some other used faster hit/castrate mods and then some used bots (baal/chaos or magic find). but blizzard even banned people who use programs that many did not considered as cheat. like a program which was made for running 2 or more games at the same time..
the majority of cd-keys that have been banned could be the item shops, because they are running lots of clientless bots on battle.net
ps. what Sheridan A is saying is completely bull***t!
you can activate your own banned cd-key by going to blizzards shop and enter your key to get a new one
