How do I get the Diablo II Expansion to run in Mac OS X?

I bought the box set. Diablo II un-expanded runs in OS X but the expansion installer wants OS 9. I lost my OS 9 about a year ago. Is there anything that I can do???

I would try the Macintosh OS X Native Installer for Lord of Destruction on the Blizzard website here:

However, it requires that you have OS X 10.2+ -- perhaps you can find somewhere to download it.
