I used bit torrent to download diablo 2 a computer game but now im not quiet sure how to use the files. help?
You downloaded a stolen game from an unknown untrackable source?
Delete it !
For all you know it only SAYS its Diablo 2. It could be anything. A virus, something to trash your machine, or worse yet a trojan to spy on you. Worst of all it might actually be a copy of the game with one of those included.
Sheesh you can get old copies of D2 from ebay or amazon for $10 and at least have someone to get if it turns out to be bad.

Where can I download Diablo 2 online Legaly?
I want to play diablo 2 and have no transportation on going to the store and getting it. Is there a way to get it from online either free or i need to buy it or what ever please let me know

Of course, you could just go to GameStop and buy it in the box. Then you'll have the cd's. You can purchase the Diablo Battle Chest for $35 - 40 at amazon.com. It includes Diablo I and II and the expansion pack - Diablo II: Lord of Destruction. Probably the same or similar price at GameStop.

This is the best gaming news since Spore was shown. Diablo 2 easily ranks as one of the best games I've ever played, and millions feel the same way. I've reinstalled it 3 or 4 times, and I've noticed that others have done the same.
The Diablo series basically boils down to two things: (1) unpredictable dynamics, and (2) fast, visceral action.
The insane amount of dynamics means that you're constantly seeing new things and having fresh experiences, even when you're playing for the tenth time. No other game has ever matched Diablo 2's variety of potential skill combinations or item variety (every item is fun and useful). There is no optimal gear that can be hunted (drops are random). There are no optimal skill-sets. Characters are truly personal in Diablo 2.
The action is fast-paced, unpredictable (random enemy placement, enemy types, hero spawns, etc), and feels just right. The sound effects and animations combine to make each hit with your axe or sword more kinetic than you experience in clones like Titan Quest. The music was done in a completely unique way that helped to create a brilliant atmosphere.
Needless to say, I love Diablo 2 and I'm excited about Diablo 3. Sometime tonight or tomorrow, I'm going to go into depth on what made Diablo 2 phenomenal, and what Blizzard is doing with Diablo 3 that makes it look promising.
Download the latest patch for Diablo 2. Also try this: Open up the video test in the D2 folder, then when it pops up click skip test. You should see an option for Direct3D and DirectDraw. Switch it to DirectDraw and see if that helps.
