Kill Diablo Necromancer
any good 2D (or diablo2/ragnarokonline view) MMORPGs?
I like the camera view, not up close, but birds eye view. not too far away though, I still want to see my character lol.
Not:
Runescape
or any of that crap...
I like diablo 2, used to like runescape/ragnarokonline.
I really liked the Necromancers in diablo 2 because of the summoning skills... (Summoning a skeleton right out of a monster you just killed is just way too cool!!!) I like the feel of a bit of action, killing little minions quickly, so it's not tedious, and epic boss battles!!! I love plots, character customization, crafting(mining and fishing from runescape was fun...) etc..
There are a lot of things I dislike about MMORPGs, and most of them are the same really... I just want one that feels like I'm playing a singleplayer game that has a lot of important things to do and collect (not collect three rat tails and get 5 exp and gold!!) I hate that crap. Anyways, any good MMOs you could suggest? Thanks! (P.S I know about diablo 3, don't bother mentioning it.)

One note here:
The things you dislike about MMORPG's sounds like the standard makeup of what I like to think of as the core MMORPG. The Everquests and WoWs.
I'd say, whether isometric (that's the word typically used for that top-down Diablo-style view in games, by the way. Might make a good search term for you) or not, look for something that's more MMO-lite. Emphasis on the ability to go through the game single-player is often a good sign, although this can sometimes lead to the sub-par single-player game with a chat client tacked on.
Good luck finding something that speaks to you.

You said 2D. Well, this is 2D with a capital 2. It's not even in color, or animated (with the exception of certain bosses and rare or powerful items, which have very basic repeating animations). Browser based, the only graphics are stick figures and other such line-drawn figures. But it's hilarious, has a ton of content to explore, and has surprising depth. Brilliantly designed and very fun. Might be worth taking a gander at, if you up for something a little different. Give it a chance though.
Been playing for 5 years now, and not intending to quit.

Diablo 2 - Necromancer Build?
Plz answer all questions n help, i play on battlenet only. LOD. I only put skills onto bone and summon, im only gonna summon golems.
1. What is the best golem, wich one should i put skills on?
2. Whats the best bone skills, what bone skills should i max out?
3. What gear should i get?
4. Is it posible for a skill to be more than 20? like with items
5. Can poisen nova kill?
6. Are Runes, PGMS or Skulls better?

ok first i need to know what you intend to do with this necromancer...are you going to be a dueler? or are you going to just play around with him....
1-fire golem would probbly be your best bet...im not big on the golems but fire is the best imo
2-best bone skill...bone spear it has a ton of dmg and with the syrengies its perfect...so in that case max bone spear, teeth, bone spirt and bone armor... you will have a tone of dmg and then put the rest of your skillz into fire golem
3-armor-enigma..helm-shako..wep- heart of the oak...shield-spirt (rune word)..ammulet-+3 necro skills
those are the main things
4-yes it is possible for a skill to be higher then 20..it doesnt really have a limit
5-posin nova can kill but i do not recomend it.. it is a great skill but it is good for dueling...it doesnt really work in hell mode becuase of all the imune..
6- well they all have their own benifits...runes are great becuase runes are really good trading..everyone on bnet is lookin for runes so trade those...you can also make runewords out of them so that makes them better..pgems also have the same effect they are really good trading also..they can also be used for cracting with the H cube...crafting is when you put cirtin items in the cybe and get a better item...and p skullz are the same as pgems so they work just like a gem
