Making Runes Diablo
How do you make an upped shaftstop in Diablo 2 Lord of Destruction?
I know you need the obvious shaftstop and a pdiamond but what are the 2 runes you need?
Ko Rune + 1 Lem Rune + 1 Perfect Diamond + Exceptional Unique Armor = Elite Version of Armor (Single Player, Ladder Only)
for weapons:
1 Lum Rune + 1 Pul Rune + 1 Perfect Emerald + Exceptional Unique Weapon = Elite Version of Weapon
that took a bit to find.
notable that this only works on ladder characters. there are difrent transmutes for normal characters. (see the website linked)
