Maphack Diablo 2

Diablo 3 - What would you like to see different than Diablo 2?

Diablo 1 was great.
Diablo 2 was beyond great, like uber fabulous.
Diablo 3? Well we've seen the preview videos now, and it still LOOKS like the Diablo we know and love. But what features would you like to see this time that weren't in the previous versions? Built in maphack? Yeah right. More than 40 items in a trade? That'd be nice.

What else?
Yes automation wizard. Asheara's quest reward in Act III became useless as soon as you could take your mercs with you. They should have changed her reward to either making or un-making an item Ethereal. that would have been great.

My number one request would be that quests and rewards change according to what level you are on.

In D2, some quests are worthless on nightmare and hell modes.

What is the latest Diablo 2 Maphack?

what is it and where can i get it. i hear its Stings map-hack lite but i dont know for sure. and can somone tell me how to use it effectively so i have a good chance of not getting ban.

To answer you, you; do a google search for "eplite" and click on the first link.

To explain to the first guy who answered the question; main areas in the game (the towns, or the boss areas) are always the same, however all other areas in the game are randomly generated - they are different every time you make a new game. Maphack just reveals the map so that you don't have to spend 20 times longer running around until you find the door to the next area.

I personally don't think that maphacks should be banned - the game really isn't even fun for me unless I have one.

I didn't even know Doom had multiplayer until this year. I didn't get my taste of internet after DOS, and didn't experience online multiplayer until I joined Everquest sometime around 1999 or 2000. It's hard to believe it hasn't even been 20 years since the internet became common for personal computers.

PerfectDark 64 and Diablo 2 were pivotal games for me.

PerfectDark allowed me to set up multiplayer games without having to worry about time, connection, or players who take the game way more seriously than I do.

Diablo 2 showed me that it's possible for a game to stay fresh after many months, and even be picked up again years later. That game encapsulated so much of what I hope for in all games.

I think I will be skipping the fluff pack as well. For me, it tears at my wallet to cough up $60 for the new game price, but to pay almost 3 times as much for stuff I will never use. Now, when my son is old enough to start playing these games, I'm sure the fluff could be used by him, but that it a long time away.

I think the only time I ever bought a collector's edition game was for Diablo 2 that came with a numbered box (how lame was that!) and some Dungeons and Dragon's like board game in it. In the end I never used anything other than the Diablo 2 cd itself, thus a waste of the extra money I shelled out because it was collector's edition. I wonder how many people will pay me more than $60 for it in the future, and how long will I need to hold on to it :)

Reinstall your video driver. You either have onboard video or a video card. Find out what you have and go to the mobo or video card manuf website and download the latest driver. Keep your fingers crossed that you have a card big enuff!
