Necromancer Build Diablo 2
diablo 2 expansion-does any one know a good build for the necromancer?
( with lots of skeletons)> I heard that skeleton helpers are great in Hell mode !
Along with skeletons and skeleton mastery, you'll also want lots of points in clay golem and golem mastery. Also a few in summon resist. Yes, the clay golem doesn't do a lot of damage, but he will be your tank that takes mostly all damage for you. He has the most health out of all golems. He also slows down enemies when he hits them, so that combined with the decrepify curse (which also slows down and weakens enemies) will slow down bosses a WHOLE LOT. It's kinda funny watching Diablo moving soooo slow..
Also, skeleton mages become kinda useless later on and from nightmare and up since their damage isn't as great and because of elemental immune monsters. Even though the Necro has lower resist curse (which gets rid of immunities), their damage is still crappy later on, so don't put any points in mages. Youre gonna want the following curses also: amplify damage (enemies take double damage, also gets rid of physical immunity), decrepify (great boss curse), and lower resist (incase you play online with some Sorceress or magic Druid, etc.)
