Necromancer Diablo Strategy
Diablo 2 Necromancer?
Alright, I'm making a necro on diablo 2 but im not sure what i should be putting my skills & stats in. I'm going to be a golem necro, so here's my questions?
1. What are the best 2 golems?
2. Is poison explosion or poison nova more powerful?
3. how many should i put in iron maiden, attract, & summon resist?
4. some people use the blood golem + iron maiden strategy but wouldn't just using an iron golem with thorns be the same thing?
5. do you have to summon an iron golem out of a unique or powerful weapon for it to be powerful?
6. is clay golem worth using in the later stages of the game?
please list other info that will be useful also
1. it depends on what you are fighting and your style but i think clay and iorn are the best
2. poison nova hands down
3. with bonuses you rairly need more than one in a curse as far as summon resist how high do you want your summons resists? at least 5 i would say
4. for the most part yes not exactaly but close enough for most purposes
5. basicaly yes the iorn golem takes its propertys from the item that was used to summon it but you can find some weapons that are just magic or rare and use those to good results also you can use etherial items too
6. this one changes depending on who you ask i think yes if built right they can be a good tank with a hit that slows "x" amount and they are cheep to recast so even if he goes down you just resummon him i have used him with my skellies to whip ball in hell
