Diablo Play Online Games
When I try to play on Diablo 2 online it just says "Trying to find the fastest server" but then it says unabll
unable to connect. then it says make sure my modems turned on, all my other games work fine online why won't this one?
Your firewall might be blocking the internet connection from Diablo 2 to the internet.
You can check this by going to your control panel-> security settings->firewall settings. For firewall exceptions, you should have Diablo 2 on the list, and any blizzard type programs it uses to connect online.
If that isn't it, make sure you have the most updated Diablo 2 version. Sometimes you can't connect because you don't have the latest version of the game.
If both of these don't work, then it's best that you go to the blizzard customer service website and try to answer your problems there. You can call or email them if you can't find any help on their site.

Final Fantasy are the best series of RPG's ever made. If you're thinking old school Dragon Warrior is pretty solid. As far as the PC goes I've gotten the most enjoyment out of Oblivion and Neverwinter Nights (1&2).

finding games online?
hello there i am what you may call a middle-class geek but i love computer games like diablo 2 and world of warcraft but for some reason they are just getting boring so my mom doesnt make alot of money and yes i live with my mom im only 13yrs old but she is a maid that works at the river side so i cant have her go out and buy new games like d2 expansion or d3 games so i luckily i actually have internet so heres my point do any of you know a good online playing game like diablo 2 or something like that besides runescape ive been there done that if you dont know what runescape is you play it fun at first then it gets gay ok but if you know any good online games like d2 besides runescape like i said but it has to be free and no downloading all answer's will be greatly appreciated and greatly

How come I can get online through the a browser, but I can't get online through games?
Okay so I like to play internet games (Diablo and Warcraft 3) on my spare time (usually around night). So last night I got on one of my games, and it said I wasn't able to get online. I went onto something called Steam, when I tried to log in, it said it was having problems. Today I decided to borrow a bunch of 'online' games from some friends, I installed them and had the same problem which each one. How come I can use internet to do things such as yahoo, but I can't use my internet to play games? I turned my modem/router on and off. I recycled them. Reset them. Gave them new names. Called my internet provider (who dropped me 2 minutes into conversation, almost four times too) and no good came out of that. And now recently my internet in general is becoming slower and more harder to work with.
I have my own laptop and just recently I have been buying my own internet.
it seem that ur parents might have used the parental control option generally given in anti virus
this prevent opening or porn and games site generally .
it can be a case of virus too
scan ur computer first and ask ur parents too or go to anti-virus menu find the option and disable it.
generally this option is password protected. it will be under the heading online security.

How to Play Diablo / other games from a USB Flash Drive
Do people still play Diablo II online?
I haven't played any online games in a long time (like about 8 years), my favorite was Diablo II. I was thinking about buying it. But do people still play it?
What about Adventure Quest?
And Dungeon Keeper?
People still play it but there are a lot of hackers / botters. Most of the baal runs are all botters. At least this is how it was several months ago, I haven't played it in several months but I can't imagine Blizzard really doing much about it.

diablo 4??? FUNNY!!!
Do you think it's possible after Diablo 3, Blizzard will continue with the series?
I'm not referring to the expansion, I mean all the entries in the Diablo series have had an expansion. What I'm referring to is a Diablo 4.
Could making a game after 3, ruin the whole series? Aren't trilogies enough, did just reviving the series by making Diablo 3 ruin the series at all, just want peoples opinions, thanks. And imagine the year Diablo 4 would be released, and eventually different people would be working on the franchise, D4 probably wouldnt come out anytime before 2015, and dang, the series started in 1997, that's quite a time for a franchise, could it ruin it, are classics meant to be left alone? Sorry so much text, atleast it seems that way as I'm typing it at the moment, thanks for your answers.

There are several factors that will probably come into play... How successful was Diablo 3? (OMG it really does look sweet tho) How successful are MMO's at the time? What type of game are kids playing? Are kids still playing games?
I dont think it's a bad idea per-se, but I guess we'll have to wait and see if Diablo 3 is enough to stop the "need" for Diablo you know what I mean?
Personally I have been waiting to see if they would make A 3rd Diablo. I guess I always in the back of my mind hoped/thought they would considering the success of the previous 2, so maybe after this one I will want more... I think if enough people feel the same, they will continue.
