does diablo 2 have user mods and addons similar to World of warcraft?
diablo 2 also has open battlenet which lets you use mods. closed doesnt let you but people still do sometimes.

Trying to find a program to do with Diablo 2 W/O expansion?
Before when i owned this game, my brother game across a good hack/mod which allowed you to create your own items for the game (off-line) I'm trying to find it again because i've just found the game again and would like to go back a few years to when i used to play, any ideas where i can re get it from?
It is called hero editor...try searching for it. I am not sure what site has it now but I bet one does. Like you said you can use the items on open battlenet only. I have made lots with it!!! I just checked Google it is still everywhere...should be no problem finding

Where can I download a drop mod for Diablo 2 v1.12?
I'm looking for a good drop mod that I can use over single player, I went to download Volf's but the reviews said it sucked. Could anyone prove this info right or wrong? Or tell me where I could download a drop mod compatible with v1.12? Thanks.
Volf's does suck. Try getting Median XL for diablo 2. it has decent/better drops. I'd suggest diabloclonemod but that isnt available for download.

will a diablo tuner work in my truck if i put after market exhaust,headers,inktake?
i thought about getting my a diablopredator.. if i add my aftermarket mods will it still tune good.. thanks guys
sounds like a good program - but usually you would retune the engine after modifications especially after you install CAI and the exhaust (as your engine will then be able to handle more aggressive settings/ better use higher octane).
if you are using a pro shop to do the modifications, since the predator can do a custom tune (in addition to "standard enhancement") get the pro shop to do the tune with the predator.
2 other things about your program 1)along with the CAI, you might want to consider installing a bigger throttle body.2)if available for your engine - performance underdrive pulleys.
i did exactly the same program as you on my last car (01 mustang gt), and i was really pleased with the tune the predator provided and overall power enhancement.
and my existing car has been custom tuned with a predator.
cheers (04 cobra, whipple blower - 15lbs boost, 575rwhp on the dyno).
