BN Diablo2 help please?
hello if you have ever played Diablo 2 on Battle Net can you just give me an idea about where to find those very good gears and runes? Cuz during trading with other player i saw they all have so many good items and runes but i just have none. I have run Baal for many times but I could not grab any of the good things cuz they were robbed by other players. But i cannot go and defeat Baal myself because my gears suck.
What and how can i do?
Alright heres a tip.
if youre strong enough to rush people in hell, create games with title "rush 4 forge". forges (in act 4) drops a high rare rune each time and perfect gems. Do not do and I repeat, do not do normal and nightmare forges becaue they simply do not give rare runes. Thats how most people get those rare runes.
if you can't do hell forges, then power level your character to hell mode. Then try and get the hell forge yourself when people rush you.
Good gears and i mean VERY good gears, are only dropped in hell mode. such as Diablo, mephesto and baal. Therefore i recommend you making a magic find sorc with around 300-400 magic find% and keep killing mephesto or diablo.
if all above fails. Another best way to get Godly gears is join titles like "freeeee here" "freeeee drop".

Does anyone know the runes when combined make Ort?
3 Ral runes in the Horadric Cube makes an Ort rune.
Is that what you're asking about? Or are you looking for rune words that has Ort in it?

quick-start MMO???????????????
I am sure all you MMO players out there know when you start a new character you SUCK so bad. My question is that If there are any MMO's that allow you to just jump in and compete with other players, with out have to play 7 hours a day 7 days a week. and please I beg you, don't give me a list of 2d or games like runescape, oh my gosh I can't stand those games. to be more specific, I like the view you get in games like WoW or runes of magic. (not like diablo) and ditch that playing style, i hate anything that is click to move. that all i can think of right now.. thanks

It is really hard to recommend a specific MMO game, because everyone likes something different. A game I like you may hate. Check out http://mmohut.com for a gigantic list of these free mmorpg / mmo games. I use that site to find new games to play. Every few days I try a new game 
- It's a lot of fun because I try everything. They have like every single MMORPG categorized nicely with reviews, screenshots, videos and more. Heck they even list the game's system requirements!. Best part is all the games are free, which rocks.

in diablo 2 LOD i have like 8 rune stones(tal,el,thul etc)..whats special about these apart from using as gems
what do i do with these rune stones apart from using them like a gem into socketed items...whats special about them. also, any recipees for the horadric cube so i can put the rune stones in and make a more powerful rune stone ...i dont understand what they r used for
U can go to "diablo trading post" for more answer.
If you use the correct combo of runes u can get a lot of special effect that all..

Why can't I transmute runes in Diablo 2?
I've been trying to transmute 3 runes, into one higher level using the horadric cube. I've done it in past games but for some reason it isn't doing it this time around. All three runes are identical so that's not the problem.
You need to make sure you are only using lower-level runes. You may use any rune up to (and including) Ort.
After that, you may not use the transmute function in the Horadric Cube for runes alone. There are additional formulae for transmuting runes into higher runes, but they require additional materials, such as various gems.
I've listed below a link for all the recipes available to transmute using the Horadric Cube.

When doing the Hell Forge in Diablo 2 (LOD), is it better to have a bunch of people get the quest or just one?
Like would you get more/better runes per person in hell if you have alot of people getting the quest at the same time? Or would it be better to just get one person the quest? Thanks.

Diablo II: LOD Rune Question?
I have a Tal Rune and its stats are 20 poison damage over 5 seconds, but apparently it is supposed to be 75 damage. Anyone know why or how I can fix it?
