In Diablo 2, What monsters drop high runes?
I would like to know where to find them and the chances?
Please do not say countess because the chances for a high rune to drop with her is bad.
Any monster can drop high runes, it's completely random. If you want monsters to drop higher runes, flawless gems, special items etc. you need to equip yourself with MF(magic find). For example a ring might have 10% MF and if you equip it, the next time you kill a monster you have another 10% of a chance of the monster dropping a rare item.
